International Summer Award

In order to use the International Summer Award for a designated (non-Yale) program, you must be doing the program for general Yale credit.  This means that you must complete both:

Summer Abroad Petition for Non-Designated programs

The Summer Abroad Credit for Designated (non-Yale) programs application is only for programs already been designated by Yale.  If you would like to participate in a program that is not currently listed in the CIPE database, you must complete the Summer Abroad Petition.  The petition process requires preparation well in advance of the Summer Abroad deadline.

Advising

Before selecting and applying to a program, we encourage you to meet with a study abroad adviser. Advisers can help you identify goals for study abroad and guide you through thoughtful program selection.  Advisers will also go over the application, credit transfer and financial aid processes with you.
